Evacuate fast, gather supplies, stay unseen. We train quick bursts and clean landings, loaded carries, climbs/crawls, and breath + mobility to hide when it counts.
Phase 2 — Fight Back (Weeks 5–8)
Build strength, stamina, and agility. Powerful hinges and presses, tempo work, change-of-direction drills, and resilience so you can keep moving under pressure.
