Kyle Gillian – Owner/Head-Coach


Originally from a small town in Alaska, Kyle Gillian brings over 25 years of experience to the fitness industry. With a strong academic background in Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement, he has earned a reputation as a well-rounded expert and holds numerous training and specialty certifications.

Kyle has served as the Director of Programming for the International Kettlebell Lifting Federation, where he developed kettlebell certification courses for competitors, tactical strength and conditioning programs, and athletic training systems. He is also a 4-time IKLF BOLT Ironman World Champion, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field.

Outside the gym, Kyle is a devoted husband and father of two. He’s currently immersed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and dabbling in pumpkin growing—proof that he’s always up for a challenge, whether it’s on the mat or in the garden.

Kyle is especially passionate about helping individuals over 40 stay fit, active, and engaged in their health journey. He also focuses on developing young athletes and guiding former athletes back into a sustainable fitness lifestyle. His mission is to unlock the secrets to maintaining a high quality of life through fitness, no matter your age or starting point.
