Kyle Gillian is the founder of Fit Republic and a performance-focused coach with over 25 years of experience helping busy adults, parents, and individuals over 40 rebuild strength, improve body composition, and move without pain.

He specializes in joint-friendly strength training, body recomposition, and kettlebell-based programming designed for people who feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or frustrated by recurring pain and injuries. His coaching approach emphasizes clarity, balance, and sustainability — delivering effective training plans that fit real lives, not extreme fitness trends.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Kinesiology & Physiology and has completed extensive professional education across performance training, corrective exercise, clinical exercise, and nutrition coaching. His certifications include NASM, ACE, AFAA, Nike SPARQ Performance Training, IKFF Kettlebell Instruction, and Bulgarian Bag instruction, among others.

With a deep understanding of movement quality and long-term health, Kyle works with clients to reduce pain, restore confidence, and create consistent progress without burnout. His programs are especially well-suited for adults balancing careers, families, and the physical realities of aging — individuals who want to train intelligently and stay active for the long haul.
