The Strong for Summer 12-Week Transformation is designed to give you the structure, accountability, and community support needed to finally make real progress.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build strength, improve your fitness, or simply get back on track, this program provides a clear system and a supportive environment to help you stay consistent.

And the best part? You can train anywhere.

You don’t need to change gyms or completely overhaul your life. This program works alongside whatever training you are already doing and gives you the extra support needed to make it count.


What You Get

Starting Body Scan & Consultation
We begin with a baseline body scan and quick consultation to establish your starting point and goals.

Progress Check-Ins Every 3 Weeks
Stay accountable and track real progress with scheduled check-ins at Weeks 3, 6, 9, and the final Week 12.

Fit Republic Fitness App Access
You’ll receive access to the Fit Republic training platform where you can log workouts & nutrition, track progress, and stay connected with the community.

Community Support & Accountability
Transformation is easier when you’re not doing it alone. Expect motivation, encouragement, and a strong group atmosphere.

Optional Group Workouts & Events
Join our Saturday community workouts and events throughout the challenge.

Final Body Scan & Results Review
At the end of the 12 weeks we’ll measure your progress and celebrate the transformation.

Challenge Guidelines

To qualify for the final results and prizes participants must:

• Attend at least 3 check-ins
• Complete the final body scan
• Log workouts consistently
• Participate in at least one community event
